Letter to Cardinal Richelieu. Full mottled brown sheepskin. Back to nerves decorated boxes; roulette tail and head. Jaws and split open, with small gaps leather along the upper joint. Caps threadbare. Corners bumped and bare. Old high margins pale in sheets after the title pages, then fading, producing a pale browning high margin.
