Half time Calf. Back tooled raised. Part of title in red morocco and volume number in brown sheepskin. Gaps on spine of Volume IV. A small loss in tail of volume III. Friction. Pretty good copies, fresh.
All volumes were 24 pieces. Many of these pieces were originally intended for children of Orleans with the Countess of Genlis handled. The roles are held by children. Madame de Genlis, inaugurating a new genre in the theater, a theater by and for children. In the final volume, the preface states that this book is only for children of artisans and merchants. It goes without saying that none of the parts is not without a certain moral action of which it is the proof.
