First edition of the two parts that are rarely met. Manz was later published two other parties. Absent German catalogs, there is an edition of Part IV (1640) in Scotland (because the parties were sold separately as they dealt with specifics.) Absent Brunet. Scroll to full recovery reusing a manuscript of the fifteenth century. Back in large part missing. Traces of laces. Foxing on covers. P. 115-120, with a tear in the right margin without missing affect the text. Caspar Manz (1606-1677) lawyer and contributor to the Duke of Bavaria, Ingolstat professor, wrote this defense treaty against tributes and war debts that ruined peoples and states.
