Second edition after the original from 1597, Brussels, in Folio. Illustrated with 114 emblazoned on wood, genealogical trees. Title page in red and black. Thumbnail of the printer on the title page. Initials. France has the BN edition 1630 in Paris. No copy in French catalogs. It is the 1597 edition and the 1630 to the British Library. A copy of the 1629 edition in Manchester. Full Vellum rigid time. Smooth back with title pen (dimmed). An old wetting the bottom of the top plate. The book is one of the best books of heraldry, and discusses the formation of crests and coat of arms meaning it contains a method to compile genealogies and progeny, and established the transmission of arms.
