The best and most complete editions of Regnard, when it contains much the fifth and sixth volumes, fired small number (as indicated by Cohen), and are rarely found attached to four premiers.Elle is illustrated a portrait of the author by Rigaud engraved by Tardieu and 11 beautiful figures of Moreau and Marillier, engraved by Delignon, Duponchel, etc. The information and warnings are Garnier.
Full Sheepskin rooted contemporary. Back tooled raised 4 stars and nets. Part of title and volume number in red morocco. Frieze border on covers. Lack tail of Volume 1 and Volume 3 Mors head of Volume 2 split. Despite some flaws, pretty nice set.
Volume 1 is dedicated to travel books, volumes 2-4 at the theater, and volumes 5 and 6 in the Italian theater.
