Author's name in pen. traces lacets.Fameux works Nifo the Italian philosopher (1473-1539) in which he celebrates the beauty of women and love, drawing on the works of ancient philosophers. Written in 1529 by a philosopher at the top of his fame, the two books are a direct confrontation with Neoplatonism then current Nifo attack that frankly using the two concepts of love and beauty, it definitely ranks in the banner of desire.
