New edition, realized by François Pithou des Canones apostolorum, veterum conciliorum constitutiones, decreta pontificum antiquiora, of primatu Romanae ecclesiae , published in Mainz, in 1525 by Johannes Cochlaeus. A second page of title reproduces the title page of 1525 after some preliminary leaflets.
Renaissance Parisian binding in full brown calf vintage. Back with Jansenist nerves adorned with cold fillets. title label of paper with old handwriting. Frieze framing cold on the boards with various ornamental motifs in rectangles. Headdress with accident. Holes of worms in tail. Cracks, especially in the lead. Upper joint split in the lead. Broken bits.
