First Edition. Rare. The work will then be translated into Latin in 1613 as a frontispiece depicting the Pantheon of Hadrian broken and various characters. Dedicated to Henri IV. Parchment full contemporary. Smooth spine with respect to the red pen. A piece of parchment missing on the back (1,5x2,5cm) and the lower flat (3x1cm). Laces still present, but short. First cover page detached. From p. 222, a gallery to 1cm in height in the middle of the text, this gallery two holes become larger or smaller, then evolving to a greater extent on the index (3cm).
