Bound in full morocco lemon, back with five nerves set with ornate golden triple net gilded boxes and brown, golden tail date on castors golden headdresses, framing a set of quadruple gold striping and a brown on flat , guards and contreplats of handmade paper, framing a set of six-time gold striping on contreplats, double nets gilded on the cuts, very fragile wrappers and back preserved and bound in that have been cleverly dubbed, all gilded, elegant and beautiful binding signed Canape; case lined with lemon morocco, inside brown felt, bookplate pasted on a contreplat.
Book illustrated with an etching of the author in frontispiece.
Rare and beautiful copy well established with its very fragile preserved covers, which is rare (see Clouzot).
