Illustrated book of 3 engravings in frontispieces volumes.
Bindings in full caramel calf, smooth backs adorned with fleurons, dotted lines and golden threads, pieces of red morocco title and volume, golden wheels on completely faded headdresses, discreet restorations on the joints, triple golden fillets in framing of the boards , guards and contreplats of blue paper, gilt fillets on the cuts, all golden slices, corners very slightly blunted, binders of the time.
Small light spots on the boards, a stain and a marginal tear affecting pages 185 to 200 of the second volume, a few small foxing.
Rare and beautiful copy pleasantly established.
