Binding half navy blue shagreen, back with five nerves set with black nets decorated with double black boxes to the centers where the golden initials of the great bibliophile Roger Cormenin is repeated five times, légèremetn rubbed joints heads and tails, marbled paper boards , guards and contreplats paper to the tank, a slight hitch a hard cut, sprinkled edges.
Some foxing.
Provenance: the library Cormenin Roger, son of Louis de Cormenin who was the confidant and secretary of Theophile Gautier and also a close friend of Gustave Flaubert.
