Edition illustrated of 16 original watercolors by Auguste Leroux engraved on copper by Delzers and Feltesse, one of the 90 numbered copies on Imperial Japan.
Binder in navy blue half-morocco with corners, back with four nerves set with golden dotted lines and adorned with triple gilded boxes decorated with golden typographic motifs, golden date in tail, frames of golden threads on marbled paper plates, guards and paper plies To the tank, blankets and backs preserved, golden head, binding of the signed time of Bernasconi.
Our copy, as it is stipulated in the justification of the printing for the copies on Imperial Japan, is complete of its two suites: one in color with remarks and the other in color.
In addition, our copy is exceptionally enriched with 2 original drawings by Auguste Leroux, one of which is enhanced in watercolor, signed by his initials and placed at the beginning of the work, just after the proof of the draw.
