Bindings in full red morocco, back with five nerves set with gold friezes and adorned with richly decorated gilded boxes, golden floral friezes in tails, gilded casters on the headdresses, framing of triple golden fillets on the boards, floral bouquets in spandrels of the boards , guards and contreplats of handmade paper, gilded floral motifs in spandrels, golden edges on the cups, quilts and preserved backs.
A scratch at the head of a joint of the second volume.
Preface by Jules Clarétie.
