New edition of the French translation and first printing of 455 illustrations of Grandville (5 inset and 450 in-text).
Binders half red calf, back smooth lightly browned adorned with golden cartridges and strips, green calf as exhibits olive, a black spot in foot of the back of the second volume, marbled paper boards, small traces of rubbing on the covers and flat feet, guards and contreplats of handmade paper, three small rips on the cuts, bindings of the time.
Some little foxing.
