first edition of the French translation of Michel Delines, magazine for the author for youth. A frontispiece and numerous in-text drawings by Benett and Roux, illustrators of Jules Verne for hetzel.
Green gold publisher's cardboard. Large special ornamental plate on the top plate, in black and gold. Smooth back with decorated boxes with series of threads and castors. Second flat in black with central rosette bearing the Hetzel H. At the bottom of the second gold plate: Lycée Faiherbe. Lille. Menus traces of friction in caps, corners (of which one slightly folded). A detached engraving, a notebook came out. Pale foxing scattered in the margins on a very white paper.
Very beautiful example, an enviable freshness.
