New edition, partly original, decorated with a medallion portrait of the author by Roger. This edition was released simultaneously in small format in-16. It is increased by 1100 verses on the first of 1782.
Binding in full Havana calf, signed Bozérian tail. Smooth back decorated with 4 irons and multiple caster wheels. Golden titles. Large border of framing on the boards with rinses and sun in the angles. Inner caster. Blunt corners. Rubbed, back, bit and flat set. Beautiful copy wide-margined, on vellum.
In the preliminary pages, list of subscribers, including many crowned heads, including the king and queen of France.
