It is often said that the second 1754 edition is more comprehensive and more rare. There is nothing, not only the first edition has undergone no censorship, but all copies of 1710 we met are in full conformity with the edition of 1754; Furthermore edition was published in 1753, which makes editing much vaunted 1754 is an illusion. According to some bibliographers, the original edition has some censorship; or our exemplary 31 chapters contains much like that of 1754, while the censored copies contain only 26. Moreover Chapter II contains many also very valuable bibliography of books on the occult sciences like all Best of 1710 we met, supposed to be absent from the edition of 1710. Another special feature of the speech Tancred is present and no mention of the publisher (and in so-called copy censored) does not report its withdrawal. In addition, the original is actually much rarer than 1753 edition and 1754. Note that a Paris edition containing a publisher's preface appeared in the same time as the Amsterdam edition. Dutch Binding open rigid time vellum. Smooth back. As brown morocco piece cleverly renovated old, gilt edges. Slips in-garde wearing thin worm work. A brown spot on the dishes. Good copy.

Book on the occult. "Oufle" is an anagram of "the fool". According Dorbon, "the book of Bordelon, written for an uphill battle demons and superstition, none the less a manual demonology more complete when all the magical and superstitious practices are fully described.
