first edition on current paper with all the characteristics of the first issue for the first volume (fault Grasset, first board at the date of 1913, no table of contents, but without the catalog of the in-fine editor for our copy) ; first edition, without mention, on current paper for the second volume, first editions numbered on "pur-fil" paper, only leading copies with reimposed for the following volumes.
This complete collection of in search of lost time includes the following titles: On the side of at Swann , In the shadow of the young girls in bloom , The Side of Guermantes (2 volumes), Sodom and Gomorrah (3 volumes), The Prisoner (2 volumes), Albertine disappeared (2 volumes) and Time recovered (2 volumes).
Bindings in chocolate brown half morocco, back with four nerves adorned with stamped black braces, wood-like paper plates, covers and backs preserved for each of the volumes, gilded heads, bindings of the first part of the twentieth century.
Our set is enriched with the second edition of "On the side of Swann", the first published by Gallimard and "Pastiches and mixtures" in first edition on current paper.
Ex-libris glued in heads of the contreplats volumes.
Precious set very agreeably established in binding time or very slightly posterior.
