Binding to bradel half percaline almond, smooth back with a gold floral pattern, part of title chocolate shagreen with minor scratches, double gold thread and Date tail, flat marbled paper, an upper corner blunt, binding then signed by Joseph Henry.
Exceptional autograph dedication dated and signed by the author, Leila (Claude) Anet, tennis player of the 1920s, including Pierre Bonnard painted several portraits "Rudyard Kipling signed for Leila Anet 6 April 1921 Costebelle.." enriched in this autograph thought footer: "France, beloved of Every soul That loves gold reserves RK mankind."
A clear marginal wetting in feet first and last sheets.
