Binding in morocco half hazelnut with corners, back with five nerves set with ornate golden double dotted richly decorated boxes, green morocco mosaic pieces to the centers of boxes two of which are missing due to scratches affecting saying mosaiced parts, nets gilded on boards of marbled paper, guards and contreplats of handmade paper, gilded head, signed binding Lancelin.
Rare spots.
Nice copy pleasantly established.
Provenance: from the library of Count St. Perier with its engraved bookplate pasted on a contreplat.
