Original extract from the Gazette of fashion, illustrated with color drawings of eight Geffroy. We add a double sheet of text on winter fashion with different creators (Lanvin, Poiret, Vionnet and Worth).
Gazette of fashion is a famous fashion magazine founded in 1912 by Lucien Vogel. She appeared until 1925, or 69 deliveries. It is especially colored plates 573 and 148 stencil sketch of fashion models. Many artists have collaborated Guy Arnoux, Leon Bakst, George Barbier, Benito, Pierre Brissaud, Boutet de Monvel, Umberto Brunelleschi, Chas Laborde, Jean-Gabriel Domergue, Raoul Dufy, Halouze Edward Alexander Iacovleff, Jean Emile Plowman, George Lepape Charles Loupot, Charles Martin, Andrew Edward Marty, Maggie Salcedo. These artists, unknown to most when Lucien Vogel uses them, impose a new image of women. They retain their collaboration in this journal a common aesthetic base and exhibit their works under the name Gazette Staff fashionable.
