Binding to bradel half calico burgundy, flat spine decorated with gilt double, part of title sheepskin olive dishes marbled paper, contemporary binding.
Rare autograph dedication signed by the author Paul Ginisty on the half-title page.
We enclose a curious autograph ticket Satanist Anne Voillet, probably dating from the eighteenth century, which reads: "I demand Belzebut ten thousand (sic) books a month - I always request paroistre naturally beautiful and has a nice and for each the space of thirty years through the reward that is dear to him. Done at Paris on June 22 ibbq. " Provenance: Stamp of Emm collection. Michel.
Illustrated book of 26 prints off-texte.§Gardes partially shaded, two tiny marginal minor on the half-title page lacks.
